I'm Sasha
I started my professional photography journey in 2021, but I have always loved photography and capturing the story-worthy moments. A few of my favorite pastimes include going on adventures and exploring new places. I'm a self taught photographer but I have taken online courses to learn more specifics and how to turn my work into stories. When I get the opportunity to talk to people and listen to their stories it pushes me to tell my clients stories in unique ways to them.
I grew up in a small town in Western North Carolina, with the Blue Ridge Mountains all around me. I've always loved adventuring to beautiful places that are almost always picture-worthy. I tell people I have the best job because I have wonderful clients and beautiful places all around that are perfect for breathtaking photo sessions.
As your photographer, we’re going to be spending a lot of time together during your session, wedding, elopement, or whatever story you choose me to capture. I can be a little introverted at the start but I will go on and on about:

- Your favorite travel spot
-Crime Junkie episodes
- Disney
I have a background in public health and I actually started my business to serve special needs families in my area! I love creating art for families that haven't had the professional photography experience for whatever reason. In my photography, I make sure you are the center of attention but I give extra love to the location we are at. I frame you and the stunning location around us. I love getting creative with lighting and how lighting can affect the mood and how to be the most creative.
My passion and priority is making sure your photos feel like YOU! I'll have you move around, relax, cuddle up to your partner, laugh, and have fun. You won't be asked to stand stiffly and pose. I'll guide you the whole way through. I want to get to know you so I send out a questionnaire before your session so I can use what you like to do in your sessions. This might sound a little over the top but trust me, it helps me create a photoshoot of your dreams.
I see those who have sessions with me, of any kind, as my friends. We laugh together, make inside jokes, grab a bite to eat, and so much more! It's about building trust and I am so excited to get to know you.
